Question

“20-year-old son is dealing with painful external hemorrhoids. He has used different ointments, drinks a lot of water, and tries not to spend too much time on the toilet. Constipation is not generally a problem. He has seen a gastroenterologist who said he may need surgery, which he would like to avoid if possible. What can he do to heal? Thanks.”  [0:03:02]

Answer

Again, we like to look at root causes. And if he's only 20 years old, why would a 20-year-old have hemorrhoids developing? And I would begin by asking what is his blood type or what is the patient's blood type. In general, the diet of the American people has been declining, that's no surprise, I'm sure, to anyone. The industrialized farming, I think Bill Gates is buying up lots of land, the Chinese government is buying up a lot of land, and they're doing this industrialized farming, which is just taking out of the soil and making money off of this with big industrial machines, pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, and we know that the nutrient content on assays of an apple or a green bean or a soybean compared to the nutrient density of what they were back in the 50s, and I have the food encyclopedias to prove it, we are seeing maybe at best 50%, but in many cases, much less nutrient density in the foods that are being grown for your canned beans, your canned or frozen, even your vegetables. That means, number one, if you're a blood type A, you're going to have trouble digesting, making stomach acid. And so, you'll extract less from the foods you're eating, especially from proteins and fats because A's as a class are the worst as a general rule in digesting foods. If you are not extracting the right nutrients to repair the membranes in your body including your blood vessel walls that go all the way down to your anus, that vein wall of the hemorrhoid is composed of collagen, elastin many other basal membrane components, fats, and proteins, and it has to be pliable and yet have turgor, meaning internal tension, you might say, to resist being torn apart beyond what it's designed. Meaning, that if it's supposed to be strong like this and handle some degree of push/pull, it shouldn't pull apart and rip apart. And that's what a hemorrhoid is. It's a vein, like having a tire on your bike or your car that starts developing a bleb or a blister. The wall is bulging out.

So then you have to ask, what would cause that tearing apart to occur, because normally God has made many tremendous mechanisms to keep the integrity of the composition of the cell membranes that make up our tissues and our cell membranes and that in the vein wall. That's collagen and elastin, and it requires minerals and especially vitamin C. And I am seeing more and more evidence to suggest that unbeknownst to most people, you are deficient in vitamin C, which is critical in forming strong elastin collagen bonds, and if you don't eat enough protein, fats if you don't digest your food well, you can't extract these tools and parts to build the walls like trying to be a carpenter without having nails or trying to have 2 x 4’s or whatever. If you can't digest well, you're not going to build the walls of your cells well, we are made of protein and fat, and so is your cell membrane, and vitamin C is a critical part of allowing that establishment of the links to be made in the cell membrane.

Therefore, what would I do for a 20-year-old who is having such hemorrhoids? You have to do things that are anti-inflammatory because to tear apart, to break things apart, creates inflammation, and you have to supply the things to repair it, and healing is possible in most cases. So, we would say, find out your blood type, and get on a good, high-quality Albion Mineral Supplement, ours is called TLC Multi Minerals, and three a day is the standard dose. I would probably take four a day because you're probably deficient. And then I would take a very rich protein and healthy fats, which means you would eat chicken roasted with the skin on it. You would eat your beef. You would eat your eggs with the yolk. You would eat your pork. You would eat your fish. And you would have hopefully raw unpasteurized unhomogenized dairy. And these, along with the digestive enzyme, we use a thing called the digestive enzyme or what is called Ortho Molecular’s Ortho Digestzyme. I've been using it for close to 40 years, 35 years, and that will help you get the materials to go to that dilated hemorrhoid to try and fill in so that it can reconnect and build a strong wall, get rid of the inflammation. You have to drink plenty of water. Take a systemic enzyme to reduce the inflammation. That chews up parts of cell membranes that are destroyed. You have to chew it up and bring in a new one and get a new repair started. If it's so injured, you chew it up, and then you wait for new material to create the repair on the cell member. And so, systemic enzymes will help to chew up these unrepairable aspects of cell membranes throughout your whole body. But they're taken on an empty stomach. So, I'm talking about two kinds of enzymes. I'm talking about a digestive enzyme to helps with the internal digestion of what you eat. Hopefully, it is a free-range, high-quality, nutrient-dense piece of meat and vegetables and got from organic sources as much as possible, with your digestive enzymes. But when you're on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning, last thing at night, on an empty stomach, you would take maybe five systemic enzymes. We use Vitalzym and Vascuzyme by Ortho Molecular, which has these systemic anti-inflammatory enzymes serrapeptase that will disinflame the body.

Another thing that might be helpful is to get some nitroglycerin at a very low concentration because if you put a little dab of that on the hemorrhoids area there, it helps to relax them and the enzymes may chew up any blood that is clotting in that area. The water is needed to help dissolve it. So, interestingly enough, nitroglycerin is put into an ointment at like a 0.1% or 0.05% topical, and it helps dilate those vessels right there. So, that's the direction I would begin with.

Question

“Hello! At age 50, PSA was 6.3- now 5.2. Biopsy, DNA test, and MRI came up clear. The urologist says the prostate is enlarged. I notice the stream is strong and then one day it becomes weak. I feel it inflames. I cut out dairy recently. Wondering if wheat needs to be cut out. Eat 90% organic. When I fast for 72 hours, I get strong again. I see Dr. Kaur, but she left..”  [0:11:30]

Answer

She will probably be opening her practice in the nearby area. So, as soon as we have the location and the date on that to support her in her new endeavor, and we want to bless her in it, we'll connect you with her. But in the short term, yes, fasting is one of the most healing things you can do. A short-term fast, intermittent fasting, a 1-day fast, 24 hours, a 2-day fast, 48 hours just water, a 3-day fast just water, if you can handle it. Certainly, if you're an insulin-dependent diabetic or have any other special medical condition, you need to discuss it with your doctor before you embark on any fasting. But the long and the short of it is probably the most anti-inflammatory with growth repair hormone stimulation is the fasted state. So, never eat late no matter what, drink adequate water, take systemic enzymes, and alcohol will convert and promote estrogen buildup in males and females. So, estrogen will make a prostate swell. If you Google ‘estrogen’ or ‘estradiol’ and ‘benign prosthetic hypertrophy,’ you'll see they're linked completely, and a high-carb diet, especially the grains, will be digested and they'll sit in the warm, dark digestive system for 18 to 24 hours, and they ferment, and that makes the alcohol, so that will aggravate the problem too. So, I would avoid alcohol. I would probably avoid dairy and grains. I would just be more carnivorous and cook vegetables, very low carb, take enzymes, take your vitamin D, and take a multimineral to get the selenium-rich up levels. Selenium is also very valuable as an anti-neoplastic, anti-cancer mineral. Melatonin that we produce at night, but our gut produces melatonin too. So, I tend to use melatonin in the morning and I make my own melatonin at night. Vitamin D helps prevent cell replication that's abnormal neoplastic changes and fasting, the ketones help prevent that. Enzymes help. The selenium helps. So, those are all the things that I would do there.

But I think Dr. Kaur has a Facebook by her name, and I think she published on there just recently the address and how to contact, where she'll be starting sometime in January, I think.

Question

“Good evening, doctor. I'm currently taking Niacin recommended by Dr. Majid, but it's giving me skin flushes. Would Bergamot be advised instead?”  [0:15:26]

Answer

Is the niacin being given because of your cholesterol? You know, the whole concept, is cholesterol a concern? I think there's a very good YouTube out there by Dr. Ken Berry and Dr. David Diamond, Ph.D. Dr. Berry is a family practice doctor. He has a YouTube called Dr. Berry, I think, it is. Anyway, the name of the YouTube is called ‘High Cholesterol is Healthy.’ So, I don't know what your readings are on that, but I would probably suspect that your levels are not to be concerned about as the general rule is the older you get if your cholesterol is not above 200 by the time you're 70, your mortality life expectancy is less than someone who is approaching 70 and has cholesterol above 200. Now, I'm not talking about a cholesterol of 500 and higher. I'm talking about cholesterols between 2 and 360, let's say. But Setting cholesterol aside, even LDL aside, triglycerides from a high carb, starch, and fruit sugar, if they're really much above 50, if they're not equal with your HDL cholesterol from your exercise, your HDL and your triglycerides should be equal.

So if you're exercising and you have an HDL of 70 and you have a triglyceride level of 70, then that's fine and safe. If your triglyceride HDL is 45 or just 50, then your triglycerides need to be 50. And so we are eating way too many starches and carbs, and far too few healthy proteins and fats.

So, I use the Ortho Molecular Methyl B Complex to get the niacin. Let's see how much is in it. It has 50 mg in it. So, that's a very good dose, and it is in a form that shouldn't make you flush. This is the Ortho Molecular Methyl B Complex, one a day. You could use up to four a day. The other one that I use at the same time, I use because they're not the same, is the Methyl B Complex that is from our office, we developed this one, and it is a little more expensive, but it has more expansiveness, each component is a little bit lower. There are many other things in our methyl B complex than just the B complex of Ortho Molecular. So, I would watch that video and talk with your doctor about it and see how you do with that. Find out what your triglycerides to your HDL is.

Question

“Life Extension has a non-flush niacin. Would it work as well?”  [0:19:08]

Answer

I'm just going to tell you, that I have a bias against Life Extension, the whole company, the owner. And so, I don't recommend anything from them. If they do, I hope it is good, but I have other reasons to have biases. And so, I can't recommend anything from them.

Question

“How long does it take to feel the benefits of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy?”  [0:19:37]

Answer

Most women are started on it when they begin menopause, and so that's usually signaled by poor sleep, a lack of libido, drying eyes, drying skin, vaginal drying, hot flashes, and night sweats, these various symptoms. So that starting hormone replacement therapy should impact this early on. And how many days? You know, I have women who feel better the very next day. If the dose is not high enough, we do start using modest or lower doses and bring it up. Work with your health care provider and ask a level for your estradiol, progesterone, testosterone, DHEA levels, and maybe cortisol as well, along with your fasting blood sugar, triglyceride on a lipid profile panel, and your insulin, hemoglobin A1C for long-term sugar because high carbs mess up hormone management. So, if you're on a high-carb diet and not exercising, it's harder to help with hormone replacement therapy.

Question

“My wife's uric acid is at 7. She is on a very low-carb diet and metabolically healthy. She takes vitamin C and quercetin. I've heard an MD recommend Luteolin 100 mg a day. Your thoughts? And any other recommendations?”  [0:21:07]

Answer

Because uric acid is an oxidative product, uric acid, you know, we all are unique, and some people on a low-carb diet, their processing of the sugar, fructose, the conversion of gluconeogenesis through the biochemistry of it, especially the fructose, and if it's high glucose all the time, you'll get a process biochemically where uric acid is produced in your liver cells. Especially alcohol, fructose being, you know, the fruit makes the alcohol, this will promote the uric acid pathways, which is oxidative stress. Therefore, anyone could make an argument that any antioxidant would benefit high uric acid levels. There is a healing time and very often I'll see my patients over the months and year if they stay with their low-carb diet and exercise and drink their water and take their systemic enzymes and don't eat late, I start seeing their uric acid level coming down. If they are symptomatic, or they have a history when we start this, I'll prophylactically give them allopurinol, which is a medicine that helps them to process out the uric acid, but I take the allopurinol away as soon as I see them doing a healthier lifestyle. So, as far as Luteolin goes, I'm going to say, yes, biochemically it's part of the antioxidant and beneficial to the oxidative stress of uric acid. But no, I have never seen it over my 44 years of practicing as a medical doctor as any cure-all. We use Juice Plus here, which has a tremendous antioxidant without all the fructose in the fruit and vegetable and berry blend of Juice Plus in the dried capsule form. It has the most research. I ask my patients, especially with gout, to stay away from all alcohol fruit, and juices, and that is a way to go. So, that's what I would say.

Question

“What if your triglycerides are 63 and your LDL is 111? On a low carb, paleo, no gluten or dairy diet.”  [0:24:09]

Answer

Well, that's wonderful. The triglycerides at 63 are wonderful, and your LDL is just fine at 111. The total cholesterol at 203, wonderful, and your HDL is 81. So that's perfect. Here, the HDL is 81 and the triglycerides are 63, so the exercise is higher than the eating of the starch and carbs. It's a perfect, perfect profile.

Question

“I ordered your high dose vitamin D. I don't have any major health problems, hiatal hernia. Lots of water, don’t eat after 6, cardio and weightlifting. How will high-dose vitamin D benefit me? I miss TLC! Take care!!”  [0:24:52]

Answer

High-dose vitamin D, in my opinion, is not a high dose for I've been at this place for 23-24 years, and I've always given out Vitamin D 10, 000 with K2Vitamin D 10,000 should be safe in almost all people unless you have some serious liver disease because it's a fat-soluble vitamin. And if you're on D, you should have it checked once a year or twice a year. But in general, most people are being deceived to think that the range of 30 to 60 is healthy. They are not healthy. They are just short of disease and weakness manifestations. The healthy, protective, and building levels are at 80 to 120. So, how will it benefit you? Vitamin D has some anti-cancer benefits, it has some mood elevation for fighting depression, It is bone building, and it is immune enhancing. So, there are so many reasons to be on vitamin D, I would recommend.

Question

“Hi, Dr. Rita! What is the difference between a fasting insulin level and a free insulin bioactive level? I have had both. I know you like the fasting insulin level under 4, mine is 2.9, but what about the other? Thanks!!!!”  [0:26:26]

Answer

Here's what I'm not going to be able to answer to you. What are they calling free insulin bioactive? Well, they're going to say that part of insulin that isn't attached to any protein. Many times our hormones are carried around or in connection to a protein carrier. Free insulin is just saying it is detached from the proteins. I think it's a moot point, and I've been able to for decades because I've been doing insulins for at least close to 30 years. So, we've been, by the grace of God into his glory, He leads us into the truth. And so, we've been ahead of all these YouTube people, all this talk about fasting, intermittent fasting, low carb, the importance of exercise, the hydration. By God's grace, He's helped me to be ahead on the edge many decades ahead of this. So, I have never seen the need for a free insulin index or unbound protein reported. It hasn't made any difference. So patients, I thank God, are so healthy.

Question

“What are your opinion of hydrogen water and the benefits being attributed to its self-potential?”  [0:28:11]

Answer

Hydrogen water provides that extra hydrogen ion or liberates it. This positive, little tiny molecule of hydrogen is usually able to be used as an antioxidant in the body. So, that's why it's powerful and it's very, very valuable. But I've been talking about this water system I have here of the wand sticking into my water.

You can see this wand here like this. So, this is called the Analemma wand. I have it in my glass of water and then I drink out of it this way. So this is generating structured water which generates all the hydrogen as well. And this is probably the fourth state of water. You could look up Gerald Pollack, The Electrical Structure of Water on YouTube and see it diagrammatically explained as well as many other components.

So, I think the hydrogen water generators are fine, but I think you get that the endpoint we've actually found the science now that you have to have structured water. And that's what's in this tube here. You can see the bubble moving up on this tube here, and it's slower than it would be on a carpenter's level, and that means this water is more structured and thicker, and it helps protect the cell, it makes lots of hydrogen, yada, yada. So yeah, I'm all in favor of it, but I think you'll have the best result if you go and learn about Gerald Pollack's The Electrical Structure of Water and get an Analemma wand. It costs about $170. It's a one-time purchase. It'll last you a lifetime.

Question

“Hello, my wife has just been diagnosed with mild emphysema. She lived with secondhand smoke as a child. After visiting TLC, her doctor found her heavy metals were off the chart. (The highest were Barium and Lead.) Five others were in the yellow range. My question is can we stop the progression of emphysema with chelation, or reverse it? Thank you.”  [0:30:25]

Answer

EDTA, calcium disodium EDTA chelation, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid is a molecule that is able to chelate or grab onto. Chelate is the Latin for like crabber to hold on to. So chelation is the process of grabbing onto toxins which are heavy metals that are cations that have two positive valences. One of the interesting things about my continued studies in medicine and health, in the work of Dr. Gerald Pollack, is that when you have structured water lining every cell membrane, of the inside and the outside of every cell membrane, you have this electrically structured fourth stage of water. Think of water as a more like gel component, which is mostly polymerized layers of oh molecules. The height that spits off but is in near proximity to this more negative OH creates an electrical differential that, like a battery, generates energy. This polymerization, you might say, or stacking of these OH molecules right at the cell membrane excludes all other molecular contaminants and materials so that the cell is kind of protected.

The interesting thing is heavy metals are strongly positive. They're cations and they're two valences of positivity. So, lead is +2, cadmium is +2. Aluminum is +2. Arsenic is +2. Mercury is positive. Uranium is positive. They're all positive cations. So, these heavy metals come in, and they can get into that negative area and hurt all your wonderful cell membranes, messing up. The cell membrane’s purpose is to have receptors like eyes, ears, nose, throat, sense, and touch to receive and respond to their correct ligands, you might say, that is going to come and dock and talk to the cell to do its function. And if it's disrupted, or that area of the cell membrane is injured because of heavy metals, you're going to get increasing populations of cells that are harmed. And the sad thing is, heavy metals are, you don't get rid of them.

You kind of balloon up over the years. You build them up, build them up, build them up. And then when you hit your 40s and 50s, your bone demineralization, where the body autonomically tries to put these bad things in more inert areas like your bone or fat. So, when you start demineralizing, then you auto-intoxicate yourself with this demineralization potential.

So you can see the tremendous benefit of trying to drink hydrogen water and do chelation therapy. Also, the calcium disodium EDTA helps with microcirculation. It helps with nitric oxide production and protects the injury to the nitric oxide synthetase enzyme, which is in the endothelial lining of every blood vessel. Even the electrical design of the endothelium lining the capillaries, creating a magnetic, you might say, the electric differential is a pull electrically of the blood, the water component of the blood, through the very sluggish flow of blood that's in your capillaries, and then pulling it into the venous side too, as the diameter of the blood vessels expand, from Willis’ principle, when there's a flow through a narrow passage, it speeds up the flow dynamics and it brings it back up to the blood pressure flow dynamics that need to be done. So, you want your lungs to have as much microcirculation available. Even if there's been some tissue damage with this emphysema, you can probably stay, and put a stop to it. I have had many patients over the decades who were prior smokers, emphysema, COPD, and cystic fibrosis patients. I mean we're talking serious issues with the cell structure of the lung tissue. And just by enhancing the capillary potential for respiration, taking on the oxygen, and giving off the CO2, through chelation therapy, we have seen them back off of medicines or needing any further treatment and just living their life without progression. This is what I see clinically here in those who, drink water, take the enzymes, repair their membranes with enough healthy fats and proteins, don't eat late at night, exercise, and take certain Nutraceuticals, Juice Plus would be the antioxidant of choice I would use, vitamin D to keep their immune system running well. The multi minerals because God uses the minerals as his pots and pans to create a co-factor template to bring things together to create a protein for repair. So, the answer is, in a long way, yes, it will definitely help her.

Question

“Thank you Dr. Rita for taking my question last week concerning my daughter with psoriasis. She went on the carnivore diet and then three days later her itching stopped, but then when she got her period the itching started again with burning joints. Any reason for this?”  [0:36:48]

Answer

Absolutely. Because the woman's period is a time of inflammation in her body. She's actually built up the lining of the uterine wall, built it up enough that the cell material is breaking down, so you're getting fragments of cell injury that will generate the flow of the menstrual cycle. Those fragments in the microcirculation are picked up, little tiny side products of broken-down cell membranes, and they have dual purposes. It'd be the same as if you punched yourself and you get a big bruise right here, big blackened bruise, all these injured cells, and then you ache in that side and it's sore where you bruised yourself. Just like that, it's sore in the uterus. And then your whole body, when it sees those fragments of injured cells, is the definition of inflammation. So, the inflammatory process is alerted every month, and that's why some women have a lot of issues with their menstrual cycle. But hang on, just it will get better.

She could take systemic enzymes, along with eating enough healthy proteins and fats. The Clinician's Preference Oil, she could put it on there. Don't over shower put soap on and wash away all the wonderful oils on your skin.

Question

“My husband, 78, has had multiple tests done recently with two rounds of kappa/lambda light chain free with ratio (high) and total serum (low). His proteins and sodium are low and his B6 plasma is high. Can multiple supplements interact to cause this? The hematologist wants to do a bone marrow biopsy. Can cancer cells escape during a biopsy?”  [0:38:38]

Answer

Yeah, it's looking like multiple myeloma is a consideration here with these light chain lambda, kappa/lambda proteins. So, yes, he needs the bone marrow density. He has to follow the advice of his doctor.

Have I seen vitamins generate this? Never. I haven't seen this. I've been working 44 years in this and even beforehand, prior in college and stuff, and as a teenager listening to my dad and junior high and my science projects. So, no, I would say it does not.

Now, does a biopsy promote this as exposing fragments of freeing up cells that are cancerous into the bloodstream? I think that has been put to rest. If you have cancer, it's been there working for years, many years. I think the average that is agreed on is takes eight years for some parts to become so irritated and the DNA challenge provides repair of a constantly irritated area of the body that it reverts to old. In my humble opinion, I think this is Professor John Beard's Trophoblastic Theory of Cancer, where such oxidative stress, hypoxia, and inflammation at the same site irritate the cell so much operating under poor condition that it goes to its ultimate survival and wakes up old genes of when we were single cell, 2-cell, 4-cell, 8-cell, 16-cell 32 cells, 64 cells, 128 cells, a glob growing as we develop as human beings, and we had no lungs, we had no heart, we had no components. All our needs were met through diffusion through the cell membranes. But when we get to a certain critical mass, there is not enough diffusion of oxygen and waste removal. And so, this triggers the placenta and the development of a placenta and the embedding of the placenta into the uterine wall, which is like a cancer developing a vascular part with a growth invading the uterine wall. Indeed, if this is unchecked, there's an extremely rare pregnancy cancer, where in fact it's never turned off. But miraculously, and by God's grace, around day 56, the pancreas starts working and the enzymes of the pancreas right there where the umbilicus is, those enzymes send out a signal too, that hey guys, we're getting our oxygen, we're getting our waste removal, don't invade anymore, we're doing fine, and this is just a beautiful symphony of life and the development of the new baby being developed

So, I said all that to say with the growth of tumors in us, it's not like there was nothing there 3 weeks ago or last year. You have cells, and in fact, there are arguments saying we have circulating tumor cells from irritated spots throughout our bodies all the time. And if you take care of your immune system, you keep your blood sugars low, you keep your enzymes up so they can do surveillance, your killer cells, your NK killer cells, your T regulatory cells, the Th1, Th2, T regulatory cells, and they're out there doing surveillance, and if they see an abnormal looking circulating tumor cell, they're going to eat it up. Fasting stimulates this. And so, people who do periodic intermittent fasting, a 24 or a 48 or a 72-hour on a cyclical basis where they kind of just stop stressing their body with food and they let their water and their immune system get kind of cleaned up and better alert and active duty for surveillance and cleaning up these things as an anti-cancer protocol, plus it lowers the glucose, which stops insulin, which stimulates growth.

So, it's a circuitous thing. You can't talk about health without going the whole circle of the body and life and everything is connected to everything. So, don't worry about the biopsy spreading anything. Follow the hematologist’s advice. Yes, it's concerning for multiple myeloma or some kind of malignancy, and do follow this, and then work with a good functional doctor that can guide them through all these supportive lifestyle and nutritive patterns to get great success.

Question

“Dr. E., thanks for all you do. I'm a 65-year-old male currently dealing with lots of mucus production. Started a few days ago with a sore throat, then morphed into a post-nasal drip with violent coughing attacks, mostly at night. Drinking water, taking systemic and digestive enzymes, Vitamin K2 with D3, Energy Core, and zinc with Vitamin C. Any other suggestions?”  [0:44:36]

Answer

Argentyn silver. You could squirt up your nose and morning and evening. You could come in for a high-dose vitamin C drip. You could fast for 24 hours and stimulate your immune system. And you could take a natural antihistamine that kind of dries you up, plus quercetin in the natural antihistamine. We have called Seasonal Shield, which is Ortho Molecular’s D-hist, and I've been on that 30 years every day of my life because I have a lot of mucus production. Get away from dairy and maybe grains and just stick with a protein vegetable diet for a week and see if that doesn't clear things up. You might double or even triple your vitamin D for three to five days just to build up your vitamin D level. That's also another anti-cancer, antiviral, anti-infectious thing to do. So, those are my suggestions there.

Question

“Hello, dear Dr. Rita. I have been taking some of my supplements which require taking on an empty stomach during the night when I awake to go to the bathroom. Is there a disadvantage to taking it during sleep time when the body is in a rest time? Thank you very much.”  [0:46:25]

Answer

No. I think your body actually needs as much healthy volume of material, such as the construction bricks and mortar and boards and nails and plasterboard and wire and piping and everything to build a house. All those things have to be available as the process of repair is occurring. So, at night time, this is when you're most needed to have available those minerals and those B vitamins and so forth. And I actually often take at night time extra B. I take the Ortho Molecular B Complex as a de-stressor. I always take an extra high dose of vitamin C at night. I take an extra mineral, so I have more templates, pots, and pans for things to be repaired on, and I take enzymes to disinflame, or I drink the water. Nowadays, in my 70s, that makes me have to get up and urinate at night once, sometimes not, but it's all good with me and I am just so happy the rate at which I repair little bruises or cuts and scratches is still optimistically useful. And so, yeah, I think it's fine to take it at night.

Question

“What is best for bones and lymphatic system drainage, the rebounders or the new vibration plates? Or what is the rebounder good for?”  [0:48:34]

Answer

I'm going to go with the rebounder. We have many, many, many more years of that. This rebounder, our experience with the rebounder goes back to the 1960s. This was developed because of aerospace flight and the lack of G-force, gravity on the body, and moving the lymph around. So, I'm going to go with the rebounder.

Question

“Is Deuterium Depleted Water (DDW) the same as structure water? Do they have the same health benefits? Which creates the best-structured water, the Analemma wand or the MAYU Swirl Carafe or a hydrogen water bottle?”  [0:49:13]

Answer

No. I'm going to say the MAYU Swirl is the same, it's got a little magnet. All of us, when we were chemists and we were doing analytical things, we would need to circulate the fluids in our Erlenmeyer flask, and it would have a little magnet in there like in some kind of plastic clay circle with some lead in there, and then it would sit on a plate that had electricity in the bottom and it would swirl the little beam, you might say, so all the water swirled. When you swirl this water, you get that vorticity, you get a vortex, and the water becomes organized and structured. This is the science that we've known for many, many, many years. But with the development of understanding with light microscopy, the cell membrane, and the actual movement, we saw literally the exclusion zone of the layering of the OH molecules to push away debris and solutes from the membrane, maybe 50 microns on the surface of everything. This gets rid of all those pollutants. It's quite remarkable. The lattice, the geometric potential of this for science and industry is just inconceivable. I believe our future computers will be structured water, and you'll have little water cell phones and little water computers based on them. It's much more versatile than silicone, and then the plus/minus, you only have those options and variations. With these lattices, the variation is limitless, and that's why I think it's a God thing. So yeah, I would go with the Analemma water.

Remember, like if you throw a pebble into a pond that's quiet, that pebble is going to be a dominant signature piece of information hitting the water, and all the water is going to circularly vibrate to the presence of that dominant piece of new frequency information into the pond. Now, it'll dissipate over time, and the water will go back to its chaos and lack of organization. But when you put this wand into the water that you're going to drink, the frequencies being emitted by this Analemma wand will dominate, like throwing a pebble into the water and training the disorganized chaotic water into an obedient structured environment. And because I leave my wand in the actual glass I drink from, I actually just put it in my glass and drink from it, I'm drinking structured water, which amplifies my electrical transmembrane potential, my energy, my immune system, my cell function, my brain waves, my sleep, my joints. Everything is improved.

Question

“Is it okay to take AdreneVive long term? I only take half a dose.”  [0:52:59]

Answer

Yes, because it's herbal and quite safe. We have many who have been on it for years.

Question

“I believe I have a leaky gut. How do I heal it? What happens when you have a leaky gut? Are you nutrient deficient because of it? I feel like I am always tired. Thank you.”  [0:53:15]

Answer

The lining of your tube, from your mouth all the way down your throat, the esophagus, the stomach, the intestines, small intestines, then into the large intestines, and then out, that's a continuous tube. If you don't digest well, and as we age, we all begin to lack digestive abilities. So, even if you're not a blood type A, A's have less digestive enzymes and less stomach acid, so they make less intrinsic factors and they have fewer B vitamins, so they have less critical cofactors for many biochemical demands throughout their whole body and every cell, 40 trillion cells. So, yeah, if you don't digest well, If you have partially undigested food, maldigested, where if a protease is supposed to take two things apart like that but you don't have enough and it gets partially changed, then it looks weird instead of like this. Then as that food goes down and is surveilled by your intestine, it'll look foreign, it'll look like an abnormal invader, and then your immune system gets alerted. Then you're using up your immune system on stupid maldigested food when it maybe should be doing cancer surveillance for circulating tumor cells. And so, it goes that if that alarm goes off for the immune system, the joints between cells begin to get leaky and open apart in the membrane of the cell. So, if the cell is like that and it gets leaky, and we have breaks between the cells, then food can get through. That food, your body will make an immune response to, plus other toxins that come through the food system. And so, your whole cycle of inflammation and alarm will aggravate and make more and more and more leaky areas of your gut, which will waste your immune system, use up your nutrients, and make you tired.

So how do you fix it? The cell membrane is made of protein and fat. It's not made of fruits and vegetables.

So, eat a rich protein and fat, healthy grass-fed beef, wild-caught fish, grass, prairie-raised chickens and eggs, have prairie-raised pigs and bacon and these healthy things that give us all the protein and fat that make up the membranes. Drink enough water, don't eat late, do intermittent fasting, take a good multivitamin, a good mineral, take digestive enzymes, and start exercising even if you're tired, and then use a probiotic. See a good functional doctor who can do a complete digestive stool analysis, and they can look at your lipid profile, your sugar profile. They could do food allergies to see how many foods you are reacting to. They can look at inflammatory markers in your complete digestive analysis and your probiotic levels. So there's just so many things we could do.

Question

“Hi, Dr. Rita, what can I do to help stress levels? Life is stressful, but are there any vitamins that help?” [0:56:56]

Answer

I'm going to tell you, that you need these B vitamins because you're going to use up your B vitamins. You're peeing them away. It'll make your urine look a little yellow, but you need a lot of B vitamins. I use the magnesium and the TLC Multi Min, Albion, the highest quality there is. And then I don't eat at night. I go to bed, shut the lights off, and try and get this light pollution away so I can get a good night's sleep. And by not eating late, then there's no food to digest, and your repair is amplified with an empty stomach if you go to bed hungry, and maybe just eat breakfast and lunches and give up dinners. That helps with stress. Then vitamin C because stress will use up your vitamin C. And a natural mood elevator is vitamin D.

Get your vitamin D levels up. And hormones. If you don't have natural hormones, you might want to get on estradiol/progesterone/DHEA which helps with the cortisol stress hormone. And I think that's why I, in my 70s, can do a 6-day work week and can do my weightlifting, my cardio my house cleaning, my cooking, my plan, my church, all these things that I do, that I’m able to do it because I've maintained the wonderful milieu as for my stress. And I read my Bible. Man, I start every morning of my life reading three chapters of my Bible so that I read it cover to cover, cover to cover every year of my life So, I put all my cares upon my Lord and I wake up on active duty for Him every morning to try and take care of the greatest job in the world, trying to care for His best creation, human beings.
